Raquel Lopez (she/her/hers)

Raquel believes inclusive sexual education is the best way to protect youth in the community. She has worked the last 12+ years providing sex offense specific treatment to juveniles and adults who have sexually abused. As a partner of Colorado’s Sexual Health Initiative, Raquel has been active in developing and providing interactive, sexpositive sexual education to youth, families and professionals in education, outpatient mental health, residential and criminal justice settings. Raquel believes strongly in the prevention of sexual abuse and armoring young, vulnerable persons with knowledge and understanding. In her off-time, Raquel loves spending time with her family, traveling, being creative and cheering on Colorado’s sports teams.

Gen Morris (she/her/hers)

Gen is a mental health therapist who is creating open conversations about taboo subjects and topics that are not traditionally discussed publicly. After 10 years working with persons who have sexually abused, Gen saw the importance of working “upstream” to prevent further sexual abuse. She now passionately works in the field of sexual abuse prevention in collaboration with the Colorado Sexual Health Initiative. Gen is driven to support and inspire each client she works with to feel safe and confident in their unique sexual lives. She advocates for inclusive spaces and empowers clients to define their own sexual boundaries. She is passionate about chocolate, hiking, and giggle-snorting with the people she loves.
